May is American Cheese Month and we are hosting a month-long celebration of some of the wonderful creameries we have all across the country.
We are bringing back our ever-popular Wine & Rinds series, where we pair five different cheeses and five different wines across a variety of styles, varietals, and locations. We'll be celebrating 5 American cheesemakers and 5 American winemakers while discussing the best way to pair wine and cheese. You'll be tasting some of the rich diversity of wine and cheese styles while also learning about them and having the chance to ask all your cheesy questions to our expert cheesemongers.
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
