Sunny Tuscany is the home of rolling hills, fresh ingredients and exceptional wines. Chianti and Brunello are the well-known classics, while Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, the great whites of San Gimigniano, and the new wave of French-variety driven ‘Super Tuscans’ round out a selection of some of our favorite Italian wines. We will start with antipasti, enjoy some traditional pastas, and then move into the eponymous Bistecca Fiorentina, before finishing with some cheese and maybe a tiramisu, all perfectly paired with just the right wines. Perfetto!
