City Winery & American Airlines present a five-course dinner exploring the wines and cuisine of The Mediterranean led by the City Winery culinary team and an expert sommelier on Friday, January 17th at 6:30pm
An evening of international wines paired to classic plates from Southern Italy, the Greek islands, Corsica, Sicily, Coastal Spain and Lebanon. The Mediterranean’s diversity of culinary cultures is rich in great food and unique wines. We will enjoy some of the finer examples such as Assyrtiko from Santorini, Nerello Mascalese and Grecanico from Sicily, Monastrell from Spain, Sciacarello from Corsica among others. This will be an adventure of exploration into one of the world’s oldest and richest wine regions.
