As the year comes to a close, let's celebrate some of the best of 2024! Our experts have curated a very special, five course wine dinner that will feature not only some of the exclusive charcuterie, cheeses, seafood, meats, and produce that we carry, but also some of the delicious items produced in our store. As you sit back, relax, and savor each bite, our Cooking School Instructors will show you how to to create each dish and our Product Specialists will be on hand to share information about the many small and local producers who supply us with the amazing ingredients that will make up your meal. Each course will be complemented by a delightful wine selected by our Central Market Sommeliers. Please join us as we ring out the old year with a little Central Market holiday decadence and look forward to an even more exciting 2025.
For ages 21 & up. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
First Course: Charcuterie and Cheeses curated by Central Market Deli & Cheese Experts paired with a 90+ Lambrusco
Second Course: A Duo of Oysters with Mignonette & Wagyu Carpaccio paired with Luis Pato Baga Sparkling Rose
Third Course: Lobster Bisque paired with Ron Rubin Russian River Valley Chardonnay
Fourth Course: Wagyu Short Rib with Yuzu Gremolata, Dashi Grits, Wild Mushrooms, Mixed Greens, & Miso Demi Glace paired with a duo of D'Arenberg Stump Jump Cabernet and Takumi Daiginjo Sake
Fifth Course: New Year's Mirror Cake created by Central Market Bakery paired with Soto de Espadas
Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
