Founded in 1947 and established in Reims, Champagne Palmer & Co is an ultrapremium and on-trade exclusive Champagne House, founded by seven grower families with prized Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne. The seven shared a desire for perfection and a vision to create a Champagne house known for its passion for harmony, balance, and the pursuit of excellence. Today, those still define the Champagne Palmer style.
Modern Steak revolutionized the steak house, serving only ranch-specific Alberta Beef. They know their farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put into producing their beef. It means that their meat is pasture-raised from animals without the use of any antibiotics or hormones and with an eye to taste and quality.
