Our Fine & Dine Kitchen Parties have all been outstanding, and we’re absolutely loving the dishes from
Shoe & Canoe’s Okanagan chef, Eugene Hicks, so we’re coming for two more very special evenings with a new menu!
The dishes here are very elevated and beautifully presented, and we’re very carefully pairing them to complement these delicious flavours to make a sensory experience for everyone!
We’re in the upstairs kitchen at the Delta Downtown Hotel with a reception in the ante room followed by Chef Eugene’s special six-course menu for a very limited number of special guests!
