We’ll begin with spuntini (Italian snacks), followed by a first course of antipasti + brodo. The second course showcases a wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza, highlighting seasonal ingredients and Chef McNaughton’s signature thin, blistered crust. The third course offers two handmade pasta dishes that celebrate Italian traditions and Northern California’s bounty. An elegant Italian-inspired sweet finale concludes this four-course feast.
