Cost: $75
This month let us take you on a tour of Spain with our selection of Spanish Wines and food. On our tour we will visit the wine growing areas of Rioja, Jerez, Rias Baixa’s, Ribera del Duero and Valencia.
We will start the evening with a glass of Faustino Art Collection Cava while you socialize and choose your table.
The dinner will begin with an assortment of traditional Spanish Tapas, including crostini, anchovy’s tapenade, patatas & onion tart, Croquetas de Puerro, Spanish olive mix, baked feta with sun-dried tomatoes & roasted grapes, all paired with Alicia Albarino & Portia Verdejo Rueda
Our main course will be Authentic Paella from Valencia with andouille sausage, muscles, & shrimp. served with Raustion Gran Rioja & Bolger Tempranillo
We will finish our evening with Crema Catalina & Buñuelos served with Hidalgo Morenita Cream Sherry.
We will try to make you think you are actually in Spain.
The event will be at the State Fair Park’s SunDome room (enter at the doors by the ticket office and take the elevator to the second floor. Parking is included
The doors will open at 6:00 pm with dinner starting at 6:30. The price is $65 per person for members and $75 for non-members. Please bring two glasses so you can compare the wines side-by-side.
