Join us for our Taste of Piedmont Wine Dinner at 1330 on the River in the East Flats.

Chef Maureen Mino and Pauly Costello will prepare five of Piedmont's traditional Dishes paired with excellent wines, presented by wine expert, Michael Giustiniani, offering Tasting Notes, Vineyard History, and Regional Culinary Education. Wine offered throughout the evening will be for sale at the end of the event.

1st - Ceretto Blance, Roero, Arneis

2nd - La Meridiana Barbera d'Asti "Le Quattro Terre" DOCG, paired with Vitello Tonnato

3rd - Lodali, Rocche dei 7 Fratelli, BARBARESCO, paired with Risotto with Truffles

4th - Lodali, Bricco Ambrogio, BAROLO, paired with Stewed Rabbit with carrots and potatoes

5th - Moscato D'Asti, paired with Panna Cotta
