Prepare to be wowed by chefs Anthony Salguero of Popoca, known for bold and innovative takes on Salvadorian cuisine, and Adiam Tsegaye, the acclaimed chef-owner of Mela Bistro. The evening will culminate with a dessert experience by Monique and Paul Feybesse, 2025 James Beard Award semifinalists® for Outstanding Pastry Chefs at Tarts de Feybesse, where they create extraordinary Filipino-inspired French desserts.
