Local Event
Join us for a delicious Ethiopian & Eritrean dinner--hilbet, a whipped puree of fava beans, and gomen (sautéed greens). This class will be taught by Mulu Tewelde, who came to Vermont from Eritrea in 2006 and enjoys sharing her knowledge and love of Eritrean and Ethiopian cooking.
This class will be held in the Community Room of the South End City Market. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have been a COVID close contact.
