John Griffiths, owner/winemaker of the prestigious Faber Vineyards in Western Australia, is with us in June for one special night!
The Swan Valley has become the cradle of Western Australian agriculture and has been a small but important region for over 190 years. Griffiths established Faber Vineyard in 1997 for its unique soil that allows grapevines to grow with little or no irrigation.
The grapes of the Swan Valley have always been special, creating the most readily drinkable in the state – rich and warm and flavoursome and smooth.
NOtaBLE was established from Chef Michael Noble’s vision of a cozy and casual approachable neighbourhood restaurant where guests could get an amazing meal. The Restaurant was opened in the fall of 2010, with a menu centred around the concept of “gourmet casual” dining – interesting, fresh and local ingredients all prepared in an open kitchen by skillful, passionate chefs.
As there are only 30 places for this special evening, reservations are essential, this is certainly one not to be missed!
