Howard Price and Darryll Jones of Anciano are with us for one night only in April with their range from the north of Spain, big reds from the Rioja region and Cava from Peñedes - easily recongizable bottles that looks reassuringly traditional, yet they are made in a contemporary, food-friendly style.
Our evenings at the elevated Flores & Pine (named for the ‘First Lady of the Calgary Stampede’, Flores LaDue, wife of Stampede founder, Guy Weadick, and undefeated World Champion
Lady Fancy Roper after 31 years of competing) have been so enjoyed by everyone that we just have to come back again, so join us for a reception and canapés, followed by a fabulous four course dinner of locally sourced ingredients, all carefully paired with Anciano’s range to complement the flavours!
