Justin Chapple is a chef, recipe developer, food writer, video host, and cookbook author. In addition, he is the culinary director at large of Food & Wine and host of their video series, Mad Genius Tips, for which he received two James Beard Award nominations. He’s also the author of Just Cook It! and Mad Genius Tips.
Justin will spend three nights in residence at Seven Acre to celebrate the changing season with some of Wisconsin's and the Nation's top food artisans and producers in a residency called Summer's Last Supper: A Celebration of the Changing Season
Night one of Summer's Last Supper features Justin's celebration of local produce, meats, and cheeses, paired expertly with wines from Cline Family Cellars by Hilary Cline, the family's second generation vintner, who will also be in attendance.
