Join us for a Gatsby, Prohibition-era inspired evening! Guests will arrive to delight in a cocktail hour featuring specialty libations before being whisked away to the main dining room for four-course meal expertly paired with various wines. Prepared by Paradis’ award-winning chef, March Eichin, and his culinary team, each course will feature the local produce, fresh Gulf seafood, and fine meats that Paradis is known for.
