Our Latin American-inspired menu features colorful standouts like Ahi Tuna Crudo, our modern twist on ceviche, and Chuletas Asado, a smokey, twice-sauced ribeye with a bright citrus finish. Finally, there’s no better way to toast to a long radiant summer full of celebrations than with a glass of our Wine of the Month, Las Americanas!

• Sweet Rolls with Poblano-Honey Butter and Cilantro
• Ahi Tuna Crudo Passionfruit Aguachile, Pickled Jicama and Red Onion, Cucumber, Avocado, Sesame-Chili Oil | Paired with Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive May Wine of the Month: Las Americanas
• Chuletas Asado Broiled Pork Ribeye, Sweet Potato Huancaina, Garlic Broccolini, Piquillo Peppers, Aji Verde Salsa | Paired with Tempranillo
• Dark Chocolate Alfajor Cake Whipped Dulce de Leche, Toasted Coconut, Marcona Almonds, Vanilla Ice Cream | Paired with Vin Chocolat Almond

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Sunday, May 18 @ 5:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.

• Event reservations close 48 hours prior
• You will be seated with other guests during this dinner, since that's the fun of it!
