To honor our half-century legacy, we're curating a one-of-a-kind experience that blends our rich history with a global influence that has shaped Calera's story—most notably, our deep connection with Japan, made famous by the 'Sommelier' manga graphic novel that helped put Calera on the map.
In celebration, we'll offer a delightful Omakase-inspired experience, showcasing multiple food stations by a selection of talented chefs. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with our wines, spotlighting the versatility of our Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays and paying homage to the unique Japanese influence embedded in our legacy.
