Elevated Cider Pairing Dinner at the Orchard's Cidery.
Join us for a unique culinary experience featuring Chiavetta’s like you’ve never seen before—an elevated take on their iconic flavors, artfully infused with our orchard’s ciders and perries with each course paired with one of out exquisite ciders.
The evening begins in the tasting room with a celebratory pour and a curated grazing table, featuring an array of fine meats, cheeses, and snacks.
From there, we’ll transition to the dining room for an intimate, seated four-course tasting dinner. Each course has been thoughtfully crafted and paired with our finest ciders and perries to highlight and enhance the flavors of the dishes.

Course 1 - Charcuterie Grazing Table at the Welcome Reception paired with our sparkling dry BRUT cider.
Course 2 Grilled Pear, Gorgonzola Cheese, Pancetta, and Panzanella Salad paired with our Tart Cherry Perry.
Course 3 - Béchamel Bolognese Lasagna paired with our Dabinett dry heritage cider.
Course 4 - Sicilian Slow-Roasted Pork over Fingerling Potatoes and Rainbow Carrots paired with our semi sweet Buffalo Bluegrass bourbon barrel aged cider
Course 5 - Apple, Cranberry, and Orange Cobbler paired with our ever popular Somerset cider.
