Four Course Tapas and Tequila Cocktails Pairing with Guest Bartender/Mixologist, Josh Brennan
Sip is thrilled to have Plymouth's favorite Barteneder/Mixologist, Josh Brennan back for ANOTHER special evening of 4 courses of curated cocktails perfectly paired with amazing tapas. This demonstration style event will include a detailed description of the technique and ingredients that go into each of Josh's creative cocktails as they are being crafted and served. Each drink will be accompanied by a new course of delectable tapas from our Executive Chef, Quincy Sparks.(See the full pairing menu below)

FIRST COURSE:
Tommy’s Margarita - classic version of this timeless drink featuring Tres Agave reposado, fresh lime, & agave Paired with an amazing tapas dish
RECIPE: 2 oz tres agave repo, 1 oz fresh lime, .75 oz agave syrup - served over ice in rocks glass with half salt rim and lime wheel garnish
SECOND COURSE:
Eclipse – a unique and complex cocktail featuring Rosa Luna mezcal, Seita Leguas Anejo Tequila, cherry liqueur, Aperol, and fresh lemon - classic version of this timeless drink featuring Tres Agave reposado, fresh lime, & agave Paired with an amazing tapas dish.
RECIPE: mezcal rinse a nic/nora; 1 oz seita leguas anejo, .75 oz cherry heering liquor, .75 oz Aperol, .75 oz fresh lemon - served up in a coupe or nic/nora
THIRD COURSE:
Paloma Old Fashioned – created specifically for this special night, this riff on a tequila old fashioned is a deconstructed Paloma featuring house-made grapefruit syrup, bitters, and La Grimas Reposado Tequila paired with an amazing tapas dish.
RECIPE: .75 oz grapefruit simple syrup (recipe below), 4 dashes ango bitters, 2 dashes orange bitters, 2.5 oz la grimas reposado, serve over 1 large rock and express grapefruit peel
FOURTH COURSE:
ge rock and express grapefruit peel Chocolate Carajillo – this classic coffee and tequila cocktail is kicked up a notch with the addition of crème de cacao, freshly grated dark chocolate, and El Velo Blanco Tequila paired with an amzing tapas dish.
RECIPE: 1 oz el velo blanco, 1 oz licor 43. .75 oz crème de cacao, 1.5 oz fresh espresso, shake and strain over ice small rocks glass; garnish with dark chocolate shavings
