The evening will begin with a light reception, followed by dinner and cocktails.

• 1st Course: Smoked salmon rillettes, house cracker, smoked cabbage and cucumber slaw
• Paired with : Buffalo Trace Bourbon Old Fashion 90 Proof
• 2nd Course: Fall salad, fall greens, smoked squash, dried fig, feta cheese, candied walnuts, cranberry vinaigrette

• Paired with: Eagle Rare Bourbon 10 Year

• 3rd Course: Smoked beef short rib, sweet potato mash, collard greens, bourbon cherry pan sauce

• Paired with: Blanton’s Single barrel 93 proof
