This is the 9th Annual NC Fine Wines Awards Gala. The NC Wine Industry has arrived as a major player on the East Coast Wine seen. North Carolina has recently hosted the American Wine Society National Meeting and an Interntional Conference is scheduled for May. Why - because their wines are world class, and the industry and people in the know realize it is because of the dedication to quality.

We're changing things up a bit from feedback to increase the time for people to mix and mingle. The night starts with a sparking wine as you enter. Then we'll have 3 stations for you to taste more wine and a food pairing to go with them. And finally, we'll take our seats and enjoy the dinner with three more wines paired with the Cobb Salad, Boneless Beef Shortribs, and dessert. You'll also get to catch up with all your winery friends who come to celebrate the progress that is being made in North Carolina as a place to have European styled wines. All the flavor, and none of the jet lag.

Grab your seat and you can start with the delicious salad and start your dinner. We'll hear from Jay Raffaldini, President of the Fine Wines of NC about the state of NC Fine Wines. Then we'll go ahead and immediately start announcing the top 12 wines in the 2025 NC Fine Wines Case. And you'll find out at the same time as the industry. Then enjoy your main course and dessert and discuss your reaction to the results and what you thought about the wines with your friends. It's a great way to learn about the quality dry European Styled grapes that have taken root here in NC.

And if Mom loves wine, she'll be a happy camper tonight!
