ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Shipping is always FREE! Please allow 2-4 business days from the date of purchase to receive your Passport booklet in the mail. Shipments will start during the second week of December.

Here Is How a Passport Works: When you arrive at each location, present your valid picture ID, and Passport booklet to your server to receive a wine-tasting flight and a stamp inside your booklet.

Tasting Flights: At each member winery, you’ll enjoy a carefully curated tasting flight of wines and hard ciders, offering a variety of styles and varietals grown and produced by each vineyard and cider house. Flights include up to 5 samples per location.

Reservations: Some locations require or recommend reservations for tastings, especially during peak seasons. To ensure a smooth visit, it's best to make reservations for some locations in advance, as reservation policies vary by location. Passport tastings are not accepted during any SWT event or specific member winery special event.

Transportation: Consider using a designated driver to enjoy the experience without worrying about transportation. We also have an impressive list of local transportation partners offering knowledgeable and expert services.

Wine & Food Pairings: All locations offer food pairings with their tastings for an additional fee, so check in advance to see if you can enjoy cheeseboards, charcuterie, or small plates during your visit. All locations offer a wide variety of foods from snacks to full-course meals for purchase.

Group Policy: Maximum group size is four people. Wineries are unable to accommodate groups of Passport holders larger than four individuals, especially during peak weekends.

No Refunds: All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. You can transfer your Passport to another person age 21+.

PLEASE NOTE: The SWT is not responsible for lost Passport booklets, and we can not replace them. If you forget or do not have your Passport booklet, you will be required to pay the tasting fees at all member wineries visited. If you have not received your Passport, forgotten or misplaced it, you will need to pay full price for tastings at each winery visited. Your printed paper receipt will NOT be accepted. Passports will NOT be replaced if lost or stolen. Passports can NOT be refunded for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience.
