Join us at Stillwater Farm for an unforgettable farm-to-table experience with Cast & Coal, opening in late 2024. Cast & Coal will be an upscale restaurant owned and operated by Chef Adrian Bylewski. Most recently Chef Bylewski was the Executive chef at Buffalo’s Chop House. He will rely on both rustic and modern methods of cooking; focusing on elements of fire, smoke, coal, roasting, and slow cooking to provide a fresh perspective on what contemporary steakhouse cuisine can be. Dinner at the farm will be a sneak preview of this exciting addition to the Buffalo restaurant scene.

Their menu will be prepared and served in the round under the big tent.

The event will take place at our beautiful farm in Boston, New York.

Tickets are $245 plus tax and fees.

- A multicourse meal showcasing Stillwater Farm’s lamb, chicken, and eggs (when available), with Chefs preparing your meal before your very eyes.

A portion of every ticket sale will support C.A.R.E. At Stillwater, a non-profit that strives to bring comfort to families in WNY affected by pediatric cancer and blood disorders.
