Fire Roasted Crudite Bouquet- grilled zucchini, young rainbow carrots, beets, green beans
Grilled Focaccia Bread, Grilled stone fruit, queso fresco, rosemary honey, pepita salsa macha
Salad Course:
Saffron grilled shrimp, raspberry poppy seed vinaigrette, pickled fresnos, watercress, arugula, candied pecans
Dinner:
Fire grilled tri-tip, spiced fire tomatoes, carrot cardamom puree, herb gastrique
Dessert:
Cardamom tea cake, bergamot rose water mousse, pistachio, and white chocolate
