Autumn is our favorite season and it is no secret why - the colors, smells and of course the food! Watch or cook along with Chef Aarika as she brings you a beautiful autumn showcase! Enjoy comfort food at its finest! This class is designed to be your own hands on experience and your meal will be ready at the end of class. 

Menu:

• Pomegranate Glazed Pork Medallions with Celery Root Puree
• Candied Bacon Brussels Sprouts with Caramelized Shallots and Goat Cheese
• Butternut Squash Latkes with Sage Sour Cream

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
