The Vin Bin is excited to bring you a fun night of Macarons and Wine! Taste macarons made locally at Yummy Mummy Bakery in Westborough, along with some of our favorite Spring wines carefully selected by Aaron Aykanian, the Vin Bin's own Beverage Manager.

Aaron has traveled the country as a consultant, maintaining the cellars of some of the largest private collectors in the US. He also holds a beverage certification from Boston University. He has been working at The Vin Bin since 2006, and along with Vin Bin Creator Rick Lombardi, hand selects the wine, beer and spirits at all Vin Bin Locations. He will be pairing the Macarons with some of our specially curated Spring wines and discussing how the pairings were chosen. He will also be on hand to answer of your other wine questions.
