Cheese and Charcuterie Building Extravaganza at Village Wines

We are delighted to host The Cheese Lady, Woodinville’s revered cheese specialist, for our first of many cheese-related events here at Village Wines.

Join us on May 21 from 6-7:30 p.m. for delicious, hands-on, board-building tutelage that will see you off with a belly full of wine and a cheese and your very own charcuterie board that is skillfully designed thanks to your participation in our first class!

For the build-a-board situation, Rachael will give us a guided, step-by-step lesson on the construction of a 2-4 person board that includes cheeses, meats, and their tongue-titillating accoutrements.

Not only does she provide tips and tricks about how to produce a fail-safe board that will appeal to all the senses, but she also educates cheese lovers (and haters) about the artisan cheese and meats that she sources—quality, humane animal husbandry, and sustainable farming practices are at the forefront of Rachael’s mission.
