Join Volo Restaurant Wine Bar as we celebrate Chablis & Oysters! This promises to be another dynamic event full of exceptional white wines from Burgundy, freshly sourced oysters, and good friends (new & old). Guests will discover high-quality Chablis from world-renowned producer Domaine William Fèvre paired with freshly shucked chilled oysters served on the half shell, while they enjoy our cozy indoor bar/dining room and year-round #1 Hidden City Patio (tented and heated in case of inclement weather).

 

On hand will be representatives from Domaine William Fèvre showcasing their Chablis including Premier Cru Selections. Learn what makes Chablis so special while you discover a perfect pairing, millions of years in the making!

Time: 2-6pm; Chablis & Oyster Tasting from 2-4pm / Event space will remain open between 4pm and 6pm with Volo's full menu offered a la carte... including of course, fresh oysters and William Fèvre Chablis by the glass, plus a full bar (beer, wine, & liquor).
