Come join Palio for our series of Cooking Classes! This is NOT a demonstration class! All classes taught by Chef/Owner Dan Scherotter and Pastry Chef Mimi Young, with wine pairings done by GM/Wine Director Juli Gregg. The theme of this class is quick grill and sautee- followed by some fun summer cocktail mixes by Bar Manager Martino DiGrande.
